Production
Our production capabilities guarantee a quality precision molded part. Itran facilities include a full range of rubber-processing equipment, from mills and presses to sandblasters, sophisticated vapor degreasers, and more. In addition, extensive compression, transfer, and injection molding equipment produces intricate custom-molded and bonded-to-metal precision rubber parts and sub-assemblies, all of which adhere to MIL-I-45208 standards. In addition, we are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
Finishing
Looking for the perfect end product? We have a secondary finishing department where the rubber parts are deflashed and monitored at every step.
For many Itran-produced components, forming of the part is just the first step. When required, skilled technicians are available to trim or perform secondary operations on molded custom parts. This is done both manually and mechanically by machines including our cryogenic deflashers. Itran's finishing process gives your part the exact dimensional tolerance that your specifications require.
