Want your product to be even better than it already is? By fine-tuning the formulation, rubber components can often be improved.  We have nearly a half-century of experience in material development. Plus, we have a laboratory mill and testing capabilities in house. That allows us to develop compounds quickly and get you the best possible part…fast!

 

Compounding


Nowhere is Itran's expertise more evident than in the area of compounding. In fact, we have our own mixing department, which includes both open-mill mixers and silicone mixing mills to eliminate cross-contamination.

Have a specific color in mind for your part? We can formulate the color and composition of a wide range of elastomers. Additionally, our fully equipped in-house laboratory performs critical rubber tests to assure that the part is always to your specifications.
